Wedding Clam Bake ~ A Huge Success Even With Rain "Words could never express the wonderful food, servers, and service your catering business showed to all our friends and family on our wedding day. Over 2 1/2 weeks have passed since the event, and people are still talking about your food & service. We had a pretty hard rain storm while the servers were serving folks in the buffet line - never once did they frown, complain or miss a beat ... finally large umbrella's were rounded up to cover them & the food. "... to let you and your staff know just how much of a role Shore Catering played in making my wife's birthday party so memorable. From the initial call to your to begin the planning to the event itself, it was a great experience. My wife probably had serious doubts about my ability to pull off this party ... but I did and couldn't have done so without Shore Catering! So many of our guests raved about the food and itt was fantastic. From the lobsters and crabs to the fried chicken to the apps and sides, everything was delicious. Colleen and Carlos are true professionals and demonstrated wh good people are so important to a company no matter how big or small -- people make the difference. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, they set up quickly (and went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me move beer tubs around our backyard) and were ready to go by the time the first guests arrived. The set up looked great. Colleen suggested pushing back the scheduled dinner time by 30 minutes when it was evident that our guests weren't quite ready to put down their cocktails just yet. Once it was time to eat, they made sure that everyone was served and kept tables cleared. And, I barely noticed that they cleaned up, loaded everything and were ready to head out.
