Prepared and served at your home, club, park, business or any venue, our Full Service catered lobster clambake is an awesome experience. In business since 1988, we have catered literally hundreds of these parties. We have experienced friendly staff who will make your event memorable and effortless. We use all local purveyors for the freshest seafood. We also make all salads homemade with the same famous recipe since 1988. Our Clam bakes feature Whole Maine Lobsters (Cooked Live on Site), Jersey Crabs, Jersey clams, corn on the cob, fresh baked rolls and butter, pasta salad, redskin potato salad, cole slaw, and more.................. Clam Bakes come complete with lobster bibs, lemons, drawn butter, cocktail forks, lobster crackers, cocktail sauce, paper products, wet naps, and service. We also provide buffet tables covered with picnic linens as well a 10 x10 pop up tent for over the buffet area.
