Shore Catering caters full service clambakes and picnics for family & friend gatherings, weddings or company events on the Jersey Shore and all over the state.
 Shore Catering has some standard Clambake & Picnic menus or can develop a custom menu for you. Clambake
Traditionally called a New England Clambake - a clam bake was an all day affair with pits dug and hot rocks & seaweed. Shore Catering hasdeveloped a clambake more contemporary style clambake for the Jersey Shore!
A clambake is perfect for large outdoor parties but also can be lots of fun at your home, office or a park. For parties of 25 to over 250 people, a clam bake is fun, delicious and a great way to celebrate summer or any special occasion.
Clam bakes aren't just clams, they traditionally feature 1 1/4 lb. lobsters, Blue Claw crabs, clams, corn on the cob, rolls, homemade salads, drawn butter, bibs, and more. We come, set up, cook Live Lobsters on site, and you sit back and enjoy!
 Picnics
We cater picnics at the location of your choice. Our traditional menu includes hamburgers, Hot Dogs, BBQ chicken, Homemade salads, Corn on the Cob. We cook on site with our grills and buffet tables. We can also include seafood, ribs, sausage, steak, shrimp, and just about anything you can imagine. During our over 20 years experience, we have handled groups of up to 1100.
