Shore Catering caters full service clambakes for family & friend gatherings, weddings or company events on the Jersey Shore and all over the state.
Shore Catering has some standard Clambake menus as well as Clambake Reception Menus. We create Customized Menus as well. Clambake
Traditionally called a New England Clambake - a clam bake was an all day affair with pits dug filled with hot rocks & seaweed. Shore Catering has developed a more contemporary style clambake for the Jersey Shore!
A clambake is perfect for large outdoor parties but also can be lots of fun at your home, office or a park. For parties of 25 to over 250 people, a clam bake is fun, delicious and a great way to celebrate summer or any special occasion.
Clam bakes aren't just clams, they traditionally feature 1 1/4 lb. lobsters, Blue Claw crabs, clams, corn on the cob, rolls, homemade salads, drawn butter, bibs, and more. We come, set up, cook Live Lobsters on site, and you sit back and enjoy!
